#Sealex joint sealant was used to seal a leaking compound chiller at a university in southern Florida. The university’s central energy plant was experiencing leaks caused by a number of factors. Sealex replaced a large dove-tailed, 1/8” thick, full-faced, 60 durometer neoprene gasket.
