At that time, Raiffeisen-Bioforschung Ges.m.b.H. was founded here. Have you ever heard about KUNG FOO(D) SAFETY? This is the name of food safety culture at AGRANA Starch. 🌽 Why? The term “Kung Fu” is now used as a synonym for martial arts, which can only be learned through continuous training (“kung fu” – “hard work invested”). 💪 Last week we started the food safety workshops at the Gmünd plant with motivation and lots of fun! After a “Kung Fu” warm-up exercise and some challenging food safety tasks, our employees also have the opportunity to taste products. The tasting also aims to find out which AGRANA starch products are included. From Kornspitz to gummy-products and foam rolls, AGRANA Starch is present in a whole and tasting meal. 😋 These workshops will be offered until the end of June in all Austrian Starch plants and aim to strengthen our food safety culture, which is characterized by our shared values, beliefs and attitudes towards food safety. Behind the scenes in Tulln 🎬 A lot is going on at AGRANA Zucker Österreich at the moment, the sugar beet cultivation is entering its final phase this week. ORF NÖ will broadcast a TV report on this Sunday in the program “NÖ heute” at 7 p.m. on ORF 2 NÖ. How to set boundaries and stand your ground! 💪   The AGRANA women's network win@AGRANA has recently met with the women's network of Mondi Group for an exciting, inspiring, and entertaining panel discussion. 🌟 The experts from both companies shared their own challenges and successes in these areas and gave practical advice on how to clearly communicate, respect, and defend your boundaries. They also emphasized the importance of self-care, self-confidence, and self-esteem in order to avoid being taken advantage of or oppressed. 🌺 The event ended with open networking, where participants from the two companies were able to get to know each other better and exchange ideas.
