AES Ohio had the pleasure of presenting the Better Business Bureau - Dayton & Miami Valley Students of Integrity Awards 🏆 at the Torch Awards for Ethics Tuesday evening. 5 local high school seniors were each awarded the honor for their leadership, community service, personal integrity, and academic accomplishment. AES Ohio honors the next generation of leaders who prioritize ethics, honesty and responsibility. 🎉 🎉 Congratulations to all of our 2024 AES Ohio Student of Integrity recipients!

🚴 Throughout 2023, our Bike Miami Valley, Ohio hubs saw 892 checkouts and returns at Courthouse Square, and 2,470 at Miami Valley Hospital! That's over 9,400 trips made on our AES Ohio branded bicycles alone! As a reminder, AES Ohio does not pass on the cost of our community investments to customers. To help reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable transportation, AES Ohio partners with Bike Miami Valley, Ohio to sponsor two bicycle hubs, 30 e-Link bikes and five green link bikes (pedal bikes) for bicycle enthusiasts. Learn more about our impact: https://aes-oh.co/4a70NX4

Our AES Ohio team joined forces with Shoes 4 the Shoeless to provide new socks and shoes to children at Imagine School yesterday. The transformation was amazing, as 40 volunteers worked together to convert the school into a functioning shoe store. Through their care and dedication, almost 200 students were fitted with brand-new shoes and sent home with smiles on their faces. Ill-fitting and worn shoes can lead to a variety of physical, social, and emotional problems, especially in children. Shoes 4 the Shoeless is dedicated to providing new, correctly fitting shoes and socks to underserved children in 14 counties within Southwest Ohio.
